The engagement included a defined scope of work and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enabling services to be delivered according to the requirements agreed with the client.

4. Long-Term Service Commitment

The engagement commenced on 1 April 2020 and, according to the appreciation letter dated 5 October 2024, the contract was continuing at the time of the letter.

This long-term association reflects our focus on building sustainable client relationships rather than treating security as a short-term service arrangement.

Royal Security Services successfully continued providing security and housekeeping services for Yoti’s Bengaluru office, supporting the client’s workplace requirements through an ongoing service engagement.

The client formally issued an Appreciation Letter recognizing the work carried out by the Royal team.

The testimonial confirms that the work had been successfully carried out by the Royal Team, with the engagement continuing at the time of the letter.
